Our Tasting Notes
An exceptionally rainy spring led to strong mildew pressure; flowering in early June occurred in cool conditions, reducing yields. A hot and dry August favored veraison, before a September that was again humid. Harvest extended from late September to mid-October, taking advantage of fair weather windows. The result is a fresh and digestible vintage, with crisp fruit and fine tannins.

Our Tasting Notes
After a mild and humid spring, marked by strong mildew pressure, flowering proceeded calmly in early June. The summer, hot and stormy, experienced a heatwave in mid-August without penalizing ripeness. A beautiful Indian summer allowed for harvesting ripe and healthy grapes from mid-September to early October. The result is a great classic and balanced vintage, fruit-driven, with beautiful freshness and silky tannins.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Between 66 and 68°F
Recent Vintages
Open one hour before serving. Its suppleness allows it to accompany roasted white meats (veal, farm poultry) as well as duck breast, lamb, or fine charcuterie.
Older Vintages
Open just before serving, without decanting. Pairs well with poultry with porcini mushrooms, veal with morels, or pressed cheeses like Comté.
